UFS-Sunlife Unit Fund

UFS-Sunlife Unit Fund is sponsored by Sunlife Insurance Company Limited. Bangladesh General Insurance Company Ltd. (BGIC) is the Trustee and Brac Bank Limited is the custodian of the fund. The fund will be an open-end mutual fund with a perpetual life. Institutional, local and foreign, and individual investors, resident and non-resident, are eligible to invest in this Fund. The initial target size of the Fund will be Tk 10,00,00,000 (Taka Ten crore) only divided into 1,00,00,000 (One crore) Units of Tk 10 (Taka ten) each. The fund’s draft trust deed has been approved by Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission.
